English proficiency exam update for Feb.3 – July 31, 2020

For international students affected by the testing center closures for the months of February and March due to the coronavirus (COVID-19), University of Cincinnati has temporarily approved the use of the Duolingo English Test in place of TOEFL, IELTS, and PTE English proficiency exams at the undergraduate level. Duolingo English Tests taken between Feb. 3 and July 31, 2020 will be accepted for students seeking enrollment for fall 2020. Score requirements vary by college, with minimum scores ranging from 95-105.*
