The University of Cincinnati is proud to offer conditional admission to students who meet academic coursework requirements, but need English language training. Conditional admission enrollment is a two-step process.
All application materials must be submitted before the deadline date in order for an application to be reviewed. While UC International Admissions will work with applications submitted after the deadline, review for specific programs and start terms is not guaranteed.

Step 1: Apply Online for Conditional Admission
Attending university for the first time
All undergraduate applicants must apply online including the $100 application fee. Payments may be done by credit card (Visa, Master Card, or Discover), check or money order made payable to the University of Cincinnati.
We must receive official transcripts showing the current year’s subjects and the previous 3 years’ subjects. Transcripts should include a certified English translation, if needed. There are two options for submitting your transcripts:
- You can request that a high school official upload the transcripts via the Common Application, or
