You must provide your unofficial transcripts at least one full business day PRIOR to your advising appointment. You can send these via email to transfer@uc.edu at least 1 business day prior to your appointment to receive a credit evaluation.

For Advising Appointments, please send us UNOFFICIAL transcripts from EACH college/university you’ve attended. If you earned CCP/dual-enrollment credit in high-school, please email unofficial transcripts from the colleges/universities the credit was taken through. Please also list any AP/IB exams and scores. If you are unable to request unofficial transcripts, please list out the institution you attended and course codes (i.e., ENG101) in a Word document, or a screenshot of your course history with earned grades. All documentation of credits earned must be sent via email to transfer@uc.edu at least 1 business day prior to your appointment.
