Submitting Transcripts and Other Materials for Application Consideration
College Transcripts
As a transfer applicant, your application will not be considered complete or reviewed until we receive official transcripts sent directly from every college or university you’ve attended.
To request these transcripts, please contact your previous institution’s registrar and ask them to send the official transcript to the University of Cincinnati via an approved electronic method such as Parchment, eScrip-Safe, National Student Clearinghouse, or similar services. This is the preferred method. If electronic submission isn’t available, transcripts may be mailed to the Office of Admissions at:
- University of Cincinnati
- Office of Admissions
- PO Box 210091
- Cincinnati, OH 45221.
*Please note, we are currently unable to accept transcripts in person or via drop-off.
High School Transcripts
If you have completed fewer than 24 semester credits since graduating high school, you will also need to request an official high school transcript. Please contact your high school counselor or counseling office to have your transcript sent to UC using one of the approved electronic methods listed above or via mail to the address provided. If you have completed 24 or more semester credits, your high school transcript requirement will be waived once your official college transcripts are received.
High school transcripts may also be emailed by a school administrator to admissproc@ucmail.uc.edu.
If a street address is required for mailing, please use: University of Cincinnati, University Pavilion Visitor Center, 2618 University Circle, Cincinnati, OH 45221.
