Have quick questions about transferring to the University of Cincinnati? Need help starting your application or exploring programs? Transfer Tuesdays Virtual Drop-In Hours are here to make your transfer process easier and more accessible.

Every Tuesday from 9:00 a.m. to 4:00 p.m., you can connect with a UC Transfer Center Staff member through Zoom—no appointment needed. These sessions are designed to give you personalized, real-time support so you can keep moving forward in your transfer journey.

What you can expect:

  • Application support: Get help starting or completing your UC transfer application. 

  • Program guidance: Learn more about majors, deadlines, and what UC has to offer.

  • Next steps to enrollment: Understand the process from application to confirmation of admission.

  • Quick answers: Ask general admissions questions without waiting for an advising appointment.

How it works: 

  1. Click the Zoom link
  2. Fill out a short questionnaire to share your intended transfer term, major of interest, and contact information.
  3. Please note: Drop-in hours are for transfer applicants only, not first-year or UC Online students. Credit evaluations of transfer credit will also not be conducted during this time. Please schedule an advising appointment to see how your credit will transfer into UC!
  4. Once you enter the virtual waiting room, you’ll see a short presentation with UC deadlines, fun facts, and advising resources. 
  5. An admissions team member will bring you into a Zoom breakout room to answer your questions one-on-one. If multiple students join at once, you may be placed in the waiting room briefly until an advisor is available.
