About Me

My hometown: Cincinnati, Ohio

A class that changed my life: Philosophy: Contemporary Moral Problems- The class covered many controversial topics, but we learned through the art of debate. I was most impressed by the instructor’s ability to encourage discussion from all perspectives (despite her own views). Philosophy taught me how to approach situations with an open mind and to respect other people’s opinions in a diverse environment. I especially learned more about myself in this course.

My best college experience: Going to a university my freshman year knowing no one to being voted/selected as Homecoming King my senior year. I can’t stress enough the importance of getting involved on campus and meeting new people. You have the opportunity to re-invent yourself, interact with different cultures, and start all over. Take advantage of it! “C’est la vie!”
